Whether you're envisioning a hand-built vase, a sculptural vessel, or a personalized piece for your table, I'll work closely with you to bring your idea to life in my signature organic, elegant style.
This listing is for a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin your custom commission. The final price depends on size, form, and complexity — you'll receive a quote before any work begins, and the balance is due once the piece is complete, before pickup or shipping.
Commissions may include:
– Hand-built porcelain and stoneware vases
– Botanical relief and openwork vessels
– Platters, bowls, and functional pieces for your space
How we'll work together:
Every commission begins with a conversation. Before I begin, we'll agree on the form, approximate size, and glaze color, so the finished piece feels like exactly what you imagined.
A few things to know about ceramics: each piece is hand-built and fired, so some natural variation is part of its character — no two are ever identical, and that's part of their beauty. Because fired clay cannot be altered once complete, we'll settle the details together up front, and we'll review approximate sizes and glaze colors so you're confident in the direction. For an additional fee, I can create a small sample in your chosen glaze before the final piece is made.
Lead time varies by piece and season.

Step 3: I’ll be in touch to confirm your vision and details.
Step 4: You’ll receive a draft preview—one round of revisions is included.
Step 5: Once the piece is finished, you'll approve it and pay the balance prior to shipping.
Ceramic Commissions
From custom serving bowls to hand-built vases, ceramic commissions are made to be both functional and beautiful. You can choose color palettes, forms, and glazes that suit your space or occasion.
Timeline & Shipping
Paintings: 4–8 weeks depending on size and detail
Ceramics: 3–6 weeks depending on firing schedule and complexity
Rush orders may be available for a fee—just ask!
Once complete, your artwork is professionally packed and shipped with care.
Typical Commission Pricing
Final cost depends on size, subject, and complexity, but here are some examples:
– Small ceramic or painting (5x5”-8x10") — $100–$300
– Medium ceramic platter or canvas (12x12”–18x18”) — $400–$600
– Large works or custom sets — $800+
The $100 reservation goes toward your 50% deposit. Once we finalize the details, I’ll invoice the balance of the deposit, and then the final payment when your piece is complete.
